

Ravi Loganathan is the Head of Banking & Policy at Sardine, and President of Sardine’s fraud data-sharing consortium Sonar.
Prior to Sardine, Ravi was a principal executive at Early Warning Services (EWS), where he served as Chief Data Officer for nearly eight years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in launching industry-defining products such as Zelle, the EWS Account Validation Service, and the Alternative Credit Insights Utility, developed in partnership with tier-one banks and the major credit bureaus as part of the OCC’s Project REACh initiative to expand credit access for underserved consumers.
Earlier in his career, Ravi held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, including Senior Vice President of Compliance and Operational Risk. While at Bank of America, he was instrumental in the launch of Merrill Edge and led several key initiatives at the intersection of banking, brokerage, and digital platforms. Ravi holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from Temple University.
